The largest and unbroken Caldera in the world about 20kms across, 600meters deep and 300sq km area , the Ngorongoro crater is World Heritage Site and an International Biosphere Reserve. Covering an area of 600 meters deep and 300 sq km, the crater is regarded as the central attraction inside Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Along with other crater such as Empakai reserved exclusively for the wildlife, the people especially Maasai culture and their livestock coexist in the same protected habitat. The crater floor is home to tens of thousands of plains animals, including wildebeest, zebra, gazelles, elands, and a large predator population of lions, hyena and jackal which can all be viewed at close quarters. A healthy Population of black Rhino and Largest Tuskers ,buffalo and Zebra are one of the Major game viewing attractions within the crater .
